League Mapper provides scheduling and resource allocation tools for sports associations. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into League Mapper. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

4. Payment and billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service for operational reasons. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, League Mapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
