League Mapper ("we", "us", or "our") operates the League Mapper application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and encrypted password, collected when you create an account.
- Association and scheduling data — association names, team names, location names, season dates, block schedules, and allocation records that you create while using the app.
- Team member information — email addresses of people you invite to join your association or teams.
- Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this only to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the League Mapper service.
- To send transactional emails (schedule notifications, invitation emails, request updates) that are part of the service. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.
- To diagnose and fix technical problems.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Third-party services
We rely on the following third parties to operate the service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Your data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Resend Privacy Policy
- Google Gemini API— used to parse permit documents you upload during the import flow. Uploaded file content is sent to Google's API for processing and is not retained by us after parsing.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your association, associated scheduling data is permanently deleted. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us at the address below and we will remove your data within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in and to track your active association. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
